Clara Kelly is a musician, writer, and multidisciplinary artist who primarily works as a lyric soprano and music teacher.

Selected professional engagements have included Steve Reich’s “Music for 18 Musicians” with Ted Atkatz Percussion Seminar in Los Angeles, and the world premieres of Aria Gittelson’s “Purgatory” and William Cowie’s “Les Coeurs Moitié Morts.”

As a songwriter and creative artist, Clara draws inspiration from nature, classical mythology, and the experience of womanhood in the 21st century. Her original poetry has been set to music by composer Aria Gittelson.

Clara is currently pursuing a Master of Music degree in Voice Performance and Pedagogy at the Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.
